The Saltbox Smokehouse
A rustic smokehouse & deli with cured and smoked products awaits you in apple country western New York. The Saltbox Smokehouse is located in Sodus, between Oswego and Rochester. Owners James and Sara endeavor to provide exceptional cured and smoked meat in one of a kind menu offerings. With over 15 varieties of bacon, it's undoubtedly the specialty throughout the menu...even as a takeout item from the deli.
Most of the menu items feature meats that are cured and smoked “in house” for eat-in or carry out. In addition to the standard menu, you'll find unique specials that sometimes may find a permanent place on the menu.
Our goal:
To serve our friends and neighbors in the local community with the finest cured & smoked cuisine in a relaxed, rustic environment where everyone feels at home.

We recommend that catering orders are submitted at least 7-10 days in advance. Contact us to discuss options for fewer days notice. Please notify us if you have a food allergy.
Serving sizes are approximate. Utensils available for a fee, upon request. Book us early for high-demand months (May-Sept)!
